Freelance Call Center Agent Inbound - German (m/f/d)

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for highly communicative freelancers to join our German-speaking Customer Care team. Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) provides professional support to international companies in their daily business operations, with a particular focus on secretarial services, customer support, and telephone answering services. As a Freelance Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for callers on behalf of many small and medium-sized businesses. You will greet callers in a friendly and professional manner, take callback requests, transfer calls, schedule appointments, process orders, and provide information. Your qualifications: You have native-level German language skills, both written and spoken. You have a good command of written and spoken English. You have a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID). You have a dedicated, lockable workspace where you can work without interruptions. You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. You are comfortable adapting to different work processes and are confident using a PC.
