About the role
Trustpair is looking for a Freelance Content & SEO Manager to help our Marketing team scale content production and distribution across channels.
Working closely with Julia Suarez, our Content Strategist, you’ll turn ideas and expertise into engaging content for our blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, webinars and website. Your work will help grow our visibility and generate qualified leads, with a particular focus on the US and other English-speaking markets.
This is a hands-on assignment combining writing, project coordination and content promotion. You’ll collaborate with our existing SEO/GEO freelancer to put their recommendations into practice and make our content easier to find through search engines and AI-powered search.
Location: Paris, hybrid
Contract info: Freelance assignment — duration and days per week to be confirmed
Start date: As soon as possible
What you'll do:
Manage content production from brief to publication: research topics, draft and edit English-language content, coordinate contributors and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Put SEO/GEO recommendations into practice: work with our specialist on search intent, article structure, direct answers, FAQs and internal linking, and publish optimized content in WordPress.
Produce longer-form content: contribute to white papers, e-books, reports and guides through research, copywriting, project coordination and design briefs.
Keep our channels active: create weekly LinkedIn posts, carousels and short videos, contribute to newsletters, and adapt content for website pages and campaigns.
Support webinars and video content: prepare research, interview questions, scripts and presentation content; coordinate with speakers and partners; and help prepare YouTube titles, descriptions, subtitles, thumbnails and clips.
Make every piece of content go further: turn webinars, interviews, articles and research into multiple formats tailored to each channel and audience.
Collaborate across Marketing and beyond: work with Partnerships, Events, Design, Product Marketing and customer-facing teams on customer stories, sales materials and other content.
Track results and test new ideas: monitor relevant traffic, engagement, downloads and lead-generation metrics, and explore distribution opportunities through communities and partners.

A varied assignment with tangible deliverables across writing, social media, video and content campaigns.
The opportunity to contribute directly to Trustpair’s international visibility, particularly in the US market.
Close collaboration with our Content Strategist, SEO/GEO specialist and wider Marketing team.
Room to propose ideas, experiment with formats and improve how we produce and distribute content.
