Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Quality Management Consultant to support a global Life Sciences organization in modernizing and digitalizing its manufacturing and repackaging operations.

The consultant will play a key role in transforming manual, paper-based quality processes into streamlined digital workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The engagement will focus on Quality Management (QM), batch documentation, process optimization, user adoption, and the design of future-state operational processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the assessment and optimization of quality management processes within D365 F&O.
* Design and implement solutions leveraging the D365 F&O Quality Management module.
* Support the digitization of batch records and quality documentation currently managed through paper-based processes.
* Define business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
* Facilitate workshops with manufacturing, quality, operations, and business stakeholders.
* Drive process harmonization and standardization across quality and production activities.
* Configure and optimize quality management workflows, controls, and reporting capabilities.
* Provide guidance on best practices within D365 F&O Quality Management and manufacturing operations.
* Support user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
* Collaborate with business process owners, functional consultants, and technical teams.
* Identify opportunities for further automation and operational efficiency improvements.
* Document future-state processes, governance models, and operational procedures.

Required Experience

* 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP consulting experience.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
* Hands-on experience with the Quality Management (QM) module.
* Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or packaging environments.
* Proven track record delivering ERP transformation and process improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of quality processes, batch management, and compliance requirements.
* Experience facilitating business workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

* Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or other highly regulated industries.
* Experience digitizing paper-based manufacturing and quality processes.
* Knowledge of GMP, GxP, or regulated quality environments.
* Experience supporting packaging, repackaging, production, or supply chain operations.
* Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or workflow automation technologies.
* Previous experience training end users and supporting organizational change initiatives.
* Experience working within international or multi-site manufacturing environments.

Duration: Initial 3-month contract with extensions
