Freelance Editorial Assistant – Sleep & Bedding Websites

Location : fully remote, hybrid, or in-office (Villa M, Zamalek, Cairo)

We are a small 3 people company based in France / Egypt / Georgia with a two-fold business model :

• On hand hand, we offer agency / consulting services in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, paid ads, SMA, PPC/RTB, growth, e-commerce, leadgen, web development etc.)
• On the other hand, we are growing our own portfolio of websites, mostly focused on affiliation models and in the bedding industry : we own a series of website where we test and compare bedding products then recommend the products to our readers (mattresses, toppers, pillows, ect).

We are a new company and still building the business and are looking for a hands-on Digital Operations to help structure and lead our digital operations.

The goal is to build a scalable, efficient digital operation from the ground up with the right processes, tools and systems in place while actively contributing to growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving and building things from scratch.

Daily tasks :

• Working on the SEO strategy accross our websites
• Managing and publishing content
• Communication with our affiliate partners
• Management & organisation of product tests

Requirements :

• Highly motivated and proactive
• Fluent spoken & written english
• Any other spoken language is a plus
• 2 to 10 years experience in the digital industry
• Experience in SEO is a must-have, experience in e-commerce, website management, growth tactics are good-to-have.
• Be a fast mover, familiar with AI tools and growth-oriented.
• Ability to solve problems on one hand, and proactivity on the other hand
• Ability to work autonomously, set goals & deadlines

Conditions :

• 3 months trial period + 20% salary boost once trial period has ended.
• Competetive salary according to profiles and reevaluation after the trial period + evolutions possible twice per year
• The role will be contractualized as a freelancing partnership
• Applicant needs to be able to use his own computer & other necessary work tools
• Position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-office (Villa M, Zamalek, Cairo)
