- Lead the design, development and maintenance of applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers throughout the SDLC.
- Design scalable application architectures and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / Web APIs and backend services.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical development.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and performance issues and drive appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum planning and support successful sprint delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong professional experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
- Good experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with microservices architecture is highly preferred.
- Experience with Git/source control and code review practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud experience, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a strong advantage. Current .NET Technical Lead postings also highlight Azure services alongside .NET Core, C# and SQL.
