💰 €79 per hour + VAT

We are seeking an experienced Finance Test Manager to lead and coordinate finance testing activities across major business transformation and change initiatives. This role is ideal for a testing professional with strong finance process knowledge and a proven track record of managing end-to-end testing in complex, business-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Define and manage the Finance testing approach across System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Release Validation cycles.

✅ Translate finance requirements, controls, reporting needs, and business processes into comprehensive test coverage plans.

✅ Coordinate Finance SMEs, business testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful test preparation and execution.

✅ Oversee test execution, evidence capture, traceability, defect management, and readiness assessments.

✅ Monitor testing progress, identify risks and blockers, and provide clear status reporting to programme leadership and senior stakeholders.

✅ Lead defect triage, prioritisation, resolution tracking, and retesting activities.

✅ Prepare testing sign-off recommendations and ensure compliance with governance and control requirements.

Required Experience

✔ Bachelor's degree.

✔ 3-5+ years of relevant testing and delivery experience.

✔ Proven experience leading testing within Finance, ERP, Accounting, Payments, Reconciliation, Reporting, or other business-critical operations.

✔ Strong understanding of UAT, end-to-end testing, defect management, test evidence, and release readiness processes.

✔ Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, or equivalent platforms.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.

✔ Experience working within regulated, control-focused, or complex enterprise environments.
