🚀 Freelance Opportunity: Confirmed Java Full-Stack Developer (Java / Angular) 🇧🇪

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Java Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to join a digital transformation project in Belgium.

📍 Location: Belgium

💼 Contract Type: Freelance

⏳ Duration: 3 months (January–March)

🕒 Workload: Full-time

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 50% onsite presence

🗣️ Language: Professional French proficiency is mandatory

🔧 Technical Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Angular development.

Backend: Java 8, Java 21, JEE 7, Spring Boot.

Frontend: Angular 21, NgRx.

Databases: DB2 and MySQL.

Database versioning and migration: Flyway.

Build and delivery tools: Apache Maven, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Nexus.

Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and frontend/backend components.

Knowledge of Clean Code, unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and refactoring.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java backend and Angular frontend components.

Implement new features and enhance existing applications.

Contribute to frontend/backend separation to support independent releases.

Write unit and integration tests and ensure code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement.

Support deployment activities and collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and technical leads.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and communicate technical risks and progress.

👤 Ideal Candidate

A confirmed-level full-stack developer who is comfortable working across both Java backend and Angular frontend technologies, communicates professionally in French, and can commit to the hybrid working arrangement in Belgium.
