(Freelance) Project Manager - Industrial Investment Projects

Are you an experienced engineer or Project Manager looking for your next freelance assignment? At Cyclops, you'll have the opportunity to lead challenging industrial investment projects for leading companies in industries such as Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, FMCG and Metallurgy.

As a freelance Project Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner to our clients, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Whether you're looking for a parttime or fulltime freelance assignment, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on complex industrial projects while contributing to the growth of Cyclops Poland.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• You lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards;

• You take ownership of the project scope, planning, budget, risks and overall execution;

• You act as the Owner's Representative for our clients or join a larger multidisciplinary project team;

• You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

• You coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication throughout every phase of the project.

• You monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

WHAT WE NEED:

• You have a Master's degree in engineering or a technical bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience;

• You have at least 4 years of experience managing or coordinating industrial projects;

• You're a hands-on problem solver with a genuine “make it happen” mentality;

• You work independently, take ownership and keep an eye on both the bigger picture and the details;

• You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client;

• You communicate fluently in Polish and English;

• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
