You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates. Key Responsibilities: Maximize Placement Revenue : Achieve high placement rates to ensure maximum commission revenue for Mhymatch. Budget Management : Efficiently manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring solutions. Client Satisfaction : Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver candidates that meet their requirements. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a strong employer brand. Sourcing Strategy : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals). Applicant Tracking : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Training & Development : Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills. Knowledge Sharing : Share insights and knowledge with the recruitment team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Technologies to be Used: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter Job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster) Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
