As we continue to expand, we're looking to partner with experienced Freelance Recruiters, Recruitment Consultants, and Staffing Agencies to support our growing hiring requirements.

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented recruiters to work with us on India IT Staffing as well as US IT Staffing requirements.

This is a 100% Remote, Performance-Based Opportunity, offering attractive payouts for successful closures.

Whether you're an independent recruiter, an experienced talent acquisition professional, or a recruitment agency, we'd love to collaborate.

What You'll Do:

• Source high-quality candidates for IT and technology roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Track candidate progress throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with our delivery team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in IT Recruitment or Technology Staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, social media, job portals, and personal networks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions independently.
• Prior staffing agency experience is highly preferred.

Understanding of technology domains including:

Software Development, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering

Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Project Management

Compensation

🇮🇳 India IT Staffing

₹50,000 per successful placement (Payout after the candidate completes the agreed guarantee period with the client.)

🇺🇸 US IT Staffing

$1,000 per successful placement (Payout after the candidate completes the agreed guarantee period with the client.)
