We are looking for freelance recruiters to support candidate sourcing and engagement.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging candidates interested in working in Japan and connecting them with our recruitment team.

Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may also include career consultations, job matching, and support throughout the recruitment process. The scope of work will be agreed upon before the engagement begins.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, social media, and your own network.

• Understand candidates’ experience, skills, career goals, and interest in opportunities in Japan.

• Share relevant candidate profiles with our team, with the candidates’ consent.

• Maintain communication with candidates and coordinate with our recruitment team.

• Provide career consultations and recruitment support where included in the agreed scope.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, career advisory, or a related field.

• The ability to build relationships and engage potential candidates independently.

• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.

• A responsible approach to handling candidate information.

Experience recruiting IT and engineering professionals or expertise in other industries is welcome.

Professional networks in South Korea, Southeast Asia, India, China, and other markets are also valuable, particularly connections with people interested in career opportunities in Japan.

Engagement Details

• Contract: Independent contractor engagement.

• Work arrangement: Remote.

• Availability and workload: To be agreed based on the scope of work.

• Compensation: 30–50% of Job Value’s recruitment fee for each successful placement of a candidate you introduce. The applicable rate and payment terms will be agreed upon in advance.

• Start date: By mutual agreement.
