Responsibilities
- Manage the complete 360 recruitment process, including client business development, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Develop relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Identify, engage, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks as required.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements for the Role
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Self-motivated and disciplined; able to work with minimal supervision in a fully remote capacity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Access to suitable technology and tools required for remote recruitment activities.
- Committed to a commission-only earning structure, with a desire to maximize potential earnings.
