Our specialisations span AI, Software Engineering, Data & Infrastructure, Consumer Internet, FinTech, Cross-Border Chinese Tech hiring, and senior Commercial & Leadership appointments.

Founded by an experienced recruitment leader with a background in international executive search, recruitment leadership and hiring for FAANG/BAT technology companies, AIC combines established recruitment expertise with a modern, technology-enabled approach.

The Opportunity

Two Partnership Models

• Recruitment Delivery: Work on existing AIC client mandates, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and successful placements.
• Full Cycle recruitment: Bring your own clients or develop new business opportunities while collaborating with AIC on recruitment assignments.
• Open to experienced independent recruiters and motivated recruitment consultants seeking to further develop their capabilities.
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, engage, and assess candidates across specialist technology, commercial, and leadership functions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, market mapping, and professional networks.
• Leverage AI-assisted research and recruitment technology to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and understand their career motivations.
• Manage recruitment processes from initial engagement through interviews, offers, and successful placements.
• Collaborate on client requirements, search strategies, and market intelligence.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities where relevant to your engagement.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in agency recruitment, executive search, talent sourcing, or recruitment delivery is advantageous.
• Strong research, sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern recruitment technology.
• Results-oriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Experience recruiting within Technology, AI, Consumer Internet, Financial Services, or Commercial functions is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous due to extensive work with Chinese-speaking clients and candidates, but not mandatory.
