We're looking for a Freelance Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, supporting the placement of healthcare professionals across Europe.

Responsibilities

Source, screen and engage qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors and allied health professionals).
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate submission.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and client requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment platforms.
Fluent Greek and english level C1 or above (written and spoken).
Based in Greece.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
