Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team and help drive results for our clients across leading digital advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manage campaigns end-to-end: set-up, launch, measurement, and optimization. Monitor and improve campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Develop strategic plans, budgets, and proposals for branding & performance activity (SEM, Email, Social, Display). Design and run testing strategies, experiments, and adopt new platform features to improve results. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Build and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships alongside the Performance Marketing Team Leader Create insightful performance reports. Minimum 2 years of agency-side experience managing performance marketing campaigns. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads Experience in an MCC environment managing multiple, complex accounts — Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, Video) a plus. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis. Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel proficiency. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Fluency in English. Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with Programmatic platforms. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
