SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer / Business Analyst – Remote (Netherlands or India) – 6-Month Rolling Contract – 2-Year IAM Programme – ASAP Start

Are you a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) specialist with experience in both development and business analysis? Xcede is exclusively hiring 8 SailPoint IdentityIQ SMEs to join a two-year Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) migration programme for a world-leading high-tech manufacturer in the Netherlands. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the Netherlands or India, working Netherlands (CET) hours.

This is a hybrid SailPoint Developer and IAM Business Analyst role. You will configure and integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ hands-on, and also work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document IGA processes and write Epics and User Stories within a SAFe IAM Agile Release Train.

What you will do

• Act as a SailPoint IdentityIQ subject-matter expert across development and business analysis
• Support the migration from an existing IGA platform to SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and write Epics and User Stories
• Design and document identity lifecycle processes: joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access requests, access certifications and role management
• Build SailPoint rules, workflows and connectors using Java and BeanShell
• Create user documentation, process overviews and stakeholder communication plans

What you will bring

• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience (or similar IGA tools such as Saviynt or One Identity)
• Experience on IGA migration projects
• Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation
• Able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of security best practices and security policy frameworks
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe teams
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Dutch is a plus)

Nice to have

• Java, BeanShell or JavaScript scripting
• SailPoint integrations: LDAP, Active Directory, REST/SOAP web services, SCIM, JDBC, Okta, Workday, SAP
• CI/CD pipelines, Azure and Linux
• SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certification

• 8 SailPoint IdentityIQ contract roles
• 6-month rolling contracts on a 2-year programme
• 100% remote – based in the Netherlands or India, working Netherlands (CET) hours
