Freelance Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

We are Uvvo, a dynamic startup specializing in connecting qualified Ukrainian refugees with companies seeking skilled professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work with earnings directly tied to your performance. Identify and engage potential clients to promote our services.​ Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.​ Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a freelance or commission-based role.​ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.​ Self-motivated and able to work independently.​ Access to necessary tools and resources to perform sales activities remotely.​ Flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely.​ Direct correlation between your efforts and earnings.​ Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and expand your professional network. Compensation: Per Signed Contract: €246 per client contract signed. Ongoing Commission: 10% of all payments made by each client you bring to the company.
