TIME Theatrics | Singapore | Commission-Based | Flexible Engagement

TIME Theatrics is looking for a resourceful and self-motivated freelance professional to support the outreach and booking of our theatre productions for schools in Singapore. We are looking for someone who understands the school environment and enjoys connecting educators with meaningful arts experiences.

About Us

TIME Theatrics is a Singapore theatre company led by Artistic Director Jacklyn Kuah. It began as TIME Collective in 2023 and was incorporated as TIME Theatrics Pte. Ltd. on 3 January 2024. Its work spans original performance, theatre for young audiences, artist development and cross-cultural exchange. The company creates through physical theatre, devising and performer-centred collaboration. Influenced by Jerzy Grotowski’s Poor Theatre, it places the relationship between performers and audiences at the heart of its practice. Movement, voice, music and visual imagery work together as storytelling languages. Its Mandarin work and bilingual development connect language with action, imagination and human relationships. Its theatre-for-young-audiences strand, Time to Play, began with The Tooth Faeries in 2025 and extends the company’s work into school and public contexts.

Your Role

The Freelance School Outreach & Sales Executive is a freelance remote role responsible for expanding TIME Theatrics’ presence within schools and educational institutions. This role involves identifying and contacting potential partner schools, introducing the company’s programs, and nurturing relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual outreach and presentations, managing follow-ups, coordinating program details, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and agreements. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with school needs, support marketing and promotional activities, and meet sales and outreach targets while representing the company’s values and artistic mission.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in school outreach, arts education sales, programme marketing or a related field.
  • Understands how Singapore schools plan and book educational programmes.
  • Communicates confidently in English and Mandarin.
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
  • Ideally has experience securing bookings for performances, enrichment programmes or arts education activities.

Remuneration

This is a freelance, commission-only engagement, with a booking-based commission and additional incentives for achieving performance sales targets. Full terms will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Engagement

Flexible, project-based, with initial school performances planned for 2027.
