To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Producer to join k2 Americas and lead the delivery of exceptional events across our strategic client portfolio.

Working alongside our Creative and producers from concept through delivery - for some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Production & Execution

• Co-lead the delivery of large-scale, complex B2B events, exhibitions, and brand experiences from concept development through on-site execution and final reconciliation.

• Lead project kick-off meetings, establishing clear objectives, roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and project governance.

• Develop comprehensive production schedules, project documentation, critical paths, and workflows to ensure seamless execution across all project phases.

• Drive the planning and integration of all production and technical elements, including spatial design, staging, lighting, audiovisual, scenic fabrication, guest journey, operational logistics, and show flow.

• Identify innovative production solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, sustainability, and the overall client experience while maintaining luxury standards.

• Partner with Creative and Design teams to ensure concepts are technically feasible, financially viable, and executed to the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of production, ensuring flawless execution and an elevated guest experience.

• Anticipate project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain timelines, budgets, and production quality.

• Champion excellence in execution, ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and client service.

Client & Team Management

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service, transparency, and proactive communication.

• Lead communications and collaboration across international teams spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring alignment, consistency, and seamless project execution.

• Build, manage, and mentor project teams, including producers, coordinators, freelancers, vendors, and specialist consultants, ensuring the right resources are deployed at every stage.

• Provide clear day-to-day leadership, defining roles, responsibilities, priorities, and expectations while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence, coaching team members and supporting their professional growth.

• Anticipate client and project needs, proactively identifying risks and presenting thoughtful, solution-oriented recommendations before issues arise.

• Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, navigating complex challenges with professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment.

• Maintain the highest standards of client service, discretion, and attention to detail expected within the luxury sector.

• Facilitate effective communication between internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence, and integrity in all client meetings, site visits, presentations, and on-site engagements.

Budget & Project Health

• Build, own, and manage comprehensive project budgets, ensuring the overall financial health, profitability, and successful delivery of each event from concept through final reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate financial records, communicating budget updates, and critical financial concerns to management.

• Identify opportunities for added value while ensuring overall project profitability.

Team Development

• Develop production talent within the team, providing mentorship, leadership, and coaching.

• Lead by example, maintaining a motivated, professional team committed to delivering exceptional client service.

• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent standards of service across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced education in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

• 7+ years of experience delivering high-end luxury events, exhibitions, brand experiences, or hospitality projects for premium or luxury brands.

• 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary production teams within a fast-paced agency or luxury environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-profile projects with exceptional attention to detail, precision, and flawless execution.

• Deep understanding of luxury service standards, client expectations, discretion, and white-glove delivery.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-suite executives, VIP clients, designers, architects, vendors, and international stakeholders.

• Professional fluency in English required; additional languages (particularly French, Italian, Spanish, or Mandarin) are highly desirable.

• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously while maintaining impeccable standards.

• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities with a collaborative management style.

• Proven project management expertise, including budget, scheduling, risk management, procurement, and cross functional coordination.

• Ability to remain calm, solutions-oriented, and decisive in high-pressure environments with demanding timelines.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, design excellence, and elevated guest experiences.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple ecosystem, budgeting tools, and presentation software.

• Comprehensive knowledge of permitting and regulatory requirements, including Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA), Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, and related municipal approvals.

• Strong negotiation skills and established experience managing premium vendors, fabricators, production partners, and venue stakeholders.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, including evenings, weekends, and extended on-site event periods as required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely, and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite.

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events.
