As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Lead / Senior Recruiter in Copenhagen you shape the future of recruiting.

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a small recruitment team and optimizing our recruitment processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we attract the best talent for our clients. Your strategic and operational skills will be crucial in driving recruitment in the areas of engineering and business.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small recruitment team
• Responsible for recruiting reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder updates
• Manage and optimize the ATS setup and recruitment processes
• Conduct the entire recruitment process for engineering and business positions
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process
• Actively participate in interviews and selection discussions
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent

Requirements

• Experience as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Lead / Senior Recruiter
• Local presence in Copenhagen, Denmark
• Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week in the office)
• Strong focus on commercial / go-to-market recruitment
