SmartField Tech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Technical Recruiter in India to support our growing international IT field services and managed services operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for independent recruiters who have experience sourcing technical professionals and want to earn based on successful placements.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals for international requirements.

• Recruit Network Engineers, System Administrators, Deskside Engineers, EUC Technicians, IT Support Engineers and Field Service Engineers.

• Search candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and recruitment databases.

• Screen CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

• Verify candidate availability, location, technical skills and expected rates.

• Maintain an active candidate database.

• Support urgent and international recruitment requirements.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in IT or technical recruitment.

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technical job profiles.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Access to LinkedIn, job portals or other candidate sourcing channels is an advantage.

💰 COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Commission-based compensation.

• Earn commission on successful placements.

• No fixed salary.
