We give business owners the benefits of having a large team at their disposal with none of the headaches and overhead! Job Description This is a remote position. Millennial Assistants is looking to expand our network of freelance web assistants! We work with web assistants with various levels of experience. As a web assistant with Millennial Assistants, you'll provide support in the creation of landing pages. The goal for all of your projects should be to help our small business clients grow their online presence and, ultimately, their company. Who you are: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and an excitement for making a difference in the world by helping grow small businesses You have an interest in web design, an uncanny ability to recognize and match company branding even when branding guidelines are undocumented, and an appreciation for feedback from clients and management You have an understanding of how being an independent contractor works - you are your own business You're a self-starter who frequently says, "I don't know how to do that, but I'll figure it out!" You're tech savvy and require minimal oversight You are familiar with various drag-and-drop web or form builders and quickly pick up on new ones You have excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work You can, and have the drive to, research topics before writing about them Responsibilities may include: Uploading, arranging, and formatting graphics, copy, and other content into sites or landing pages and prepare the sites for publication Maintain and modify websites using drag-and-drop site builders Testing new functionalities, links, buttons, etc. on websites Setting up and testing automations Customizing database fields and modules Helping create and foster cohesiveness between sites and landing pages for our clients Interpretting client and manager briefings to understand project requirements Communicating and collaborating with management and other teams (such as graphics or web designers) to get a better understanding of what the project requires and gather content Take direction and feedback from managers when given Most projects with Millennial Assistants are paid a set fee that will be communicated upfront before you accept the project. The opportunity for hourly work is available occasionally as well. Contractors with Millennial Assistants are their own boss and business - they set their own hours, accept or decline projects, and can work with their own clients outside of Millennial Assistants. Millennial Assistants makes no guarantee on volume of project availability or amount of money that can be made with us. We are an agency that partners with contractors/freelancers who are notified when work is available. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Reliable internet connection Experience with drag-and-drop web builders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass Millennial Assistants skills assessments and tests Basic coding knowledge is not a requirement, but is a plus Experience with Zoho is a plus - especially with Zoho Sites, Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho CRM Benefits Work from home Set your own schedule Accept or decline work as you see fit Learn from other creators and gain experience in the field We bring projects to you - spend less time looking for clients and more time doing what you love!
