2. ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a fast-growing, Singapore-headquartered AI assurance company with offices in Singapore and Europe. It provides independent testing and evaluation of AI systems, helping organizations prove that their AI is reliable, safe and compliant.

We are building a dedicated team of four mid-to-senior engineers, based in Vietnam and working fully remotely, who will be embedded in the client's Product Development and Customer Delivery teams. Together, the team will build, integrate and deploy the client's AI testing and evaluation platform. The engagement starts with one engineer per role, with room for the team to grow.

As a Full-Stack Developer in the Product Development team, you will build and evolve the client's core AI evaluation platform across backend and frontend. You will work closely with the product and AI teams to turn evaluation methods into production features, and own their quality and delivery from design to deployment on Kubernetes.

• Working model: Remote (Vietnam-based) (with EGS Watch installed*)
• Working time: Monday - Friday, from 9:30 to 18:30 (VNT)
• Duration: Minimum 6 months (extendable)

• English: B2+ minimum

3.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and evolve the core AI evaluation platform across backend and frontend.
• Design and deploy services on Kubernetes.
• Work closely with product and AI teams on evaluation features.
• Own the quality, testing and delivery of features end to end.

4.REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

• Strong Python backend development.
• React frontend development.
• Kubernetes experience, including deploying and operating services.
• Proven experience shipping production web platforms.
• Enterprise-level deployment experience.
• Clear English communication.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience testing against AI governance and security frameworks (e.g. AI Verify, NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications).

Nice-to-have

• AI/ML evaluation domain knowledge.
• Experience with global MNC deployments.
• Computer vision exposure.
