Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.
• Expand and diversify the customer base while nurturing existing relationships.
• Document detailed call logs and customer feedback.
• Develop effective sales strategies based on competitor analysis.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably with CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a competitive spirit.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
