French-speaking Customer Service Representative

Project duration: November 2026 – End of January 2027

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in French via phone or email and chat.
• Provide product and service information, ensuring customers receive the right support.
• Assist with orders, updates, and problem resolution, escalating cases when needed.
• Deliver smooth and empathetic customer experiences while maintaining accuracy.
• Occasionally offer soft upselling of holiday items to enhance customer satisfaction. of holiday items to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  

• You have C1 level French and at least B2 English language skills.
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and you are solution oriented.
• You enjoy problem-solving and can adapt quickly to customer needs.
• You are detail-oriented, accurate, and can manage multiple tasks.
• You are eligible to work in Hungary (EU citizens or valid permit for non-EU nationals).
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage, but not a must - we welcome motivated newcomers too.
