Job description:

• Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.,
• Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
• Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
• Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests
• Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions.
• Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Operating a few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents.
• Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z
• Working in shifts, also covering nights, weekends and bank holidays

Qualifications:

• Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English + French
• Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems.
• Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases.
• Experience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional in the industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/system, and company procedures.
• Working proficiency in English & French, any other language is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts and/or evening/weekends shifts.

Working Schedule:

This role operates on a 24/7 shift rotation. Working hours may include the following shifts:

• 08:00–17:00
• 09:00–18:00
• 10:00–19:00
• 11:00–20:00
• 12:00–21:00
• 13:00–21:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 16:00–01:00
• 23:00–08:00

Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and overnight shifts, is required.
