Assist customers with inquiries on subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting technical issues. Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience. Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up where necessary. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly. Stay updated on platform features, new releases, and industry trends to provide informed support. Gather customer feedback to help improve services and customer satisfaction. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide relevant solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
