Are you a French speaker looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely from Greece?

We are currently looking for French-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international team and provide professional support to French-speaking customers.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their questions, requests and service-related issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries in French
• Understanding customer needs and providing accurate information
• Assisting customers with questions related to products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Guiding customers through the appropriate solutions and procedures
• Providing a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
• Following established procedures, quality standards and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate information and documenting customer interactions when required
  
  
  

Working Schedule

• Full-time position – 8 hours per day
• Monday to Sunday, shift-based schedule
• 2 days off per week
• Working hours may vary depending on the assigned shift
• 100% remote work from Greece
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent French, both written and spoken
• Good level of English
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, sales or a similar role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Availability to relocate to Greece, if currently living abroad
