Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related questions. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems associated with mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings. Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications while offering tailored solutions based on their specific needs. Document all support interactions and solutions meticulously in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved and confirm their satisfaction with the support provided. Stay informed about the latest trends in mobile technology to offer knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices. Outstanding customer service skills, focusing on effective communication with a diverse clientele. Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a strong plus.
