As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients in managing their travel inquiries and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to French-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist clients in modifying their travel plans, including changes to flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Coordinate with travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction. Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and available services. Maintain organized records of client interactions in the CRM for continuous service improvement. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in all interactions. Stay informed about current trends in the travel industry to better assist clients. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or the travel industry is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM tools is an asset. A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a desire to assist clients in creating memorable experiences.
