Role Description This is a full-time Fresher Architect role based in the Pune Division, combining on-site collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in conceptual and detailed architectural design, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting the development of design presentations. The role involves coordinating with senior architects and project managers, contributing to design documentation, and ensuring design intent is accurately translated into technical outputs. The fresher architect will also participate in site visits, design reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Candidates should possess basic skills in Software Development and Integration related to design tools or workflows.
• Candidates should possess introductory Project Management skills, including task coordination and time management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong visual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in drawings and documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and engage with diverse project types in a hybrid work environment.
