Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with administrative tasks as needed Provide support to clinical staff and assist with client follow-ups Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping others and an interest in mental health Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
