Front End Developer

Job Description: Working cooperatively with a team on flagship products to design and troubleshoot unique software and web applications. Understanding user experience (UX) to write code from provided design. Using knowledge of programming languages to code user-side applications, including visual elements and the overall layout of software and web applications. Duties include optimizing applications for different formats like desktops and mobile devices and running tests to ensure code strings perform the correct functions. Independently translating customer requirements into visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly, well-organized prototypes. Desired Skills & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field of study. · Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, specifically, front end. Proficiency in website programming languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS 1.2, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, Ajax and associated technologies. Experience with embedded databases and testing tools like Selenium, Xcode, Swift, iOS development. Experience working with cross-browser compatibility issues and finding ways to work around them. Observant and able to remain focused on tasks for long periods of time. Experience in web and mobile development (iOS/Android/Windows). Experience in cross-platform web design. Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with image tools such as Gimp or Photoshop. OS: Windows, Linux (Unix). Perks: A flexible schedule with a combination of in office work and remote work.
