Passionate about coding and keeping up to date with the latest technology trends. Great understanding of responsive development for cross-device compatibility. Experience with agile, iterative, and domain driven development methodologies. Strong problem solving, resolution, negotiation and decision-making capabilities. Resilience to work well under pressure and within a rapidly changing environment. Eagerness and ability to learn quickly and to share learnings with team members. Core responsibilities: Implement user interfaces based on design specifications provided by UX/UI designers. Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure frontend application is responsive and work across various devices and screen sizes. Ensure applications are optimal across different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Resolve cross-browser compatibility issues. Ensure websites and applications are accessible to users meeting WCAG 2.0 AA standards. Work closely with other developers to integrate frontend and backend code. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
