Front-end developer (6-month contract) - Typescript / React / TanStack

Our client, a leading deep-tech company, is looking for a Front-end Developer to build the front end of a new software product used in production to optimise AI inference.

The role

This is a temporary assignment taking the front end from a clean slate to a first MVP. You will work closely with the in-house designer on both UX and UI, and you will have real influence over the technology choices. The initial preference is TypeScript, React and TanStack, though the stack is partly flexible.

What you will be doing

• Building the front end of a new software product from scratch through to MVP
• Working with the designer to shape the UX and UI
• Helping to select and refine the front-end technology stack
• Delivering a product that will be used in production environments

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer
• 3+ years of relevant experience with UX design
• Fluent English
• Experience with TypeScript, React and TanStack, or similar technologies (nice to have)
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles
• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in IT or similar, or equivalent experience

• Duration: 6 months, with extension if applicable
• Start date: 16 November 2026
• Work regime: full time
• Location: [location]. Onsite presence of 3 days per week is required, and the role cannot be done 100% remotely
