Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Leads: Front-End Development Team
Collaborates with: Software Development, UI/UX, QA, Product Teams

As a Front-End Team Leader at ESC, you’ll drive the development of responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. Your role combines leadership, innovation, and deep technical expertise to create seamless user experiences and high-performance client-side applications.

Technical Leadership

• Define and maintain scalable frontend architecture

• Set UI/UX consistency standards

• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a front-end team

• Assign tasks and track progress

Development Process

• Enforce best coding practices and testing strategies

• Manage technical debt and documentation
