About Thorit Thorit is one of Europe's leading HubSpot Partners and a leading consulting and technology firm in the DACH region. We combine strategic consulting with hands-on implementation, from CRM architecture to fully automated, AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure. Our clients are enterprise B2B companies who do not just want to adopt a platform, they want a real growth system. Our team is based in Böblingen and Lisbon, and now expanding to Tbilisi, our clients across the DACH region and beyond. Your Role As Frontend Developer for HubSpot CMS in our Tbilisi hub, you become Tbilisi's go-to engineer for client websites built on HubSpot CMS Hub. Within 12 months you contribute to 8+ HubSpot CMS projects (custom themes, modules, serverless functions) at delivery quality the Director Development & Technology will personally sign off on, fully integrated into Thorit's HubSpot CMS module library and quality bar. You pair with the Lisbon Senior Fullstack as your remote tech lead. We are hiring this role because HubSpot CMS Hub is increasingly bundled into enterprise wins, and CMS work has become a steady-state component of engagements. The Lisbon hub already hosts the Senior, Junior Fullstack, and Frontend HubSpot CMS specialists; the Tbilisi seat extends that capacity at lower fully-loaded cost. HubSpot CMS exposure is preferred but not a hard filter at this level for Tbilisi: a structured 4-week ramp during probation is planned for strong general frontend candidates without prior HubSpot exposure. In Phase 1, this role is internal-facing. Your Responsibilities Onboarding. Within 3 months, ramped on Thorit's HubSpot CMS workflow, taking Jira tickets and delivering reviewed PRs independently. First Live Module. Within 3 months, ship at least one custom module or feature to a live client HubSpot environment (reviewed, tested, deployed). CMS Project Throughput. Contribute to 8+ HubSpot CMS Hub website projects across custom modules, HubL templates, and small serverless functions within 12 months. Quality. Keep bug-reopen rate below 5% on own deliverables, tracked in Jira. Reusable Components. Contribute at least 5 reusable components to Thorit's internal HubSpot CMS module library within 9 months. Pairing. Pair reliably with the Lisbon Senior Fullstack as remote tech lead, participate in code reviews at a level that improves your own output month over month. Async Collaboration. Handle first-line async communication with Managed Services PMs and Lisbon tech lead in English without requiring escalation. Quality Bar Adoption. Apply Thorit's HubSpot CMS quality bar (code review checklist, performance budget Lighthouse >= 90, accessibility floor WCAG 2.1 AA) on every project. What We Offer Competitive compensation with a transparent salary band and a structured bonus model tied to delivery outcomes and team contribution. Remote.com EOR contract with full Georgian compliance: clean payroll in EUR, paid leave, and local social-security alignment. Hardware setup shipped to your home office before day one (laptop, monitor, peripherals). Blinkist Business (4,500+ book summaries) and Babbel (3 months) for continuous learning. Remote Work Program, up to 4 weeks per year from anywhere in the EU, with €500 setup allowance. Cross-site exchange, with a 3 to 5 day on-site visit to Lisbon or Böblingen within your first 90 days, and regular team rituals across all three sites. Tbilisi office access once leased (timeline 2026 to 2027), plus the option to keep working from home or coworking spaces in the meantime. Modern stack: HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Claude AI, and the freedom to shape how you work. Direct leadership access, flat hierarchies, and visible impact on a hub being built from scratch. How to Apply Send your application through our careers page. No cover letter needed. What we want to see: your CV plus a concrete example of a frontend or HubSpot CMS website you shipped end-to-end. Your Profile 3 to 5 years of modern frontend engineering with strong fundamentals: HTML5, CSS (Grid, Flexbox, container queries), and JavaScript or TypeScript. Comfortable with build tooling (Vite, esbuild) and modern CSS workflows. HubSpot CMS or HubL exposure preferred; for Tbilisi candidates without prior HubSpot, strong general frontend fundamentals plus a documented willingness to do the 4-week ramp during probation are acceptable. Performance and accessibility from the start: you ship sites that score >= 90 on Lighthouse without after-the-fact tuning, and build to WCAG 2.1 AA by default. Design-to-code handoff: you have worked from Figma designs and translate ambitious design into production code without losing visual intent. Serverless and API integration: you have built or contributed to functions for form processing, third-party API integration, dynamic content. Comfortable with REST APIs, auth, errors, webhooks. Code hygiene: maintainable, version-controlled code. Git, code reviews, branch workflows, and Confluence-documented decisions are routine. Business-fluent English (working language across all sites). Native speaker not required. Tbilisi-based, working under Remote.com EOR contract, with consistent 5-hour CET overlap daily. What Makes You Excel You operate daily with the Lisbon tech lead and DACH PMs. Async updates from you remove the need for sync follow-up. You ask for help with context ("here's what I tried, here's what is breaking"), not just "I'm stuck". You treat the launched site as your responsibility. You test cross-browser, fix the broken thing without being asked. You push back constructively on heavy design choices that tank performance, with a concrete alternative. You see being one of the first frontend engineers in a new hub as an opportunity to shape the discipline.
