About Thorit Thorit is one of Europe's leading HubSpot Partners and a leading consulting and technology firm in the DACH region. We combine strategic consulting with hands-on implementation, from CRM architecture to fully automated, AI-powered go-to-market infrastructure. Our clients are enterprise B2B companies who do not just want to adopt a platform, they want a real growth system. Our team is based in Böblingen and Lisbon, our clients across the DACH region and beyond. Your Role As Junior Fullstack Developer for HubSpot CMS in Lisbon, you deliver HubSpot CMS tickets independently across 5+ client projects, reaching full ticket independence within 3 months and maintaining a bug-reopen rate below 5% on your own deliverables. You are the foundation of the Lisbon engineering hub that will scale over the next two years. We are hiring this role because HubSpot CMS work has become a steady-state component of our enterprise engagements, and day-to-day ticket delivery (custom modules, HubL templates, serverless functions, QA fixes) is bottlenecking our senior engineers and the Managed Services team. A Junior Fullstack Developer in Lisbon adds focused delivery capacity at the right cost point, closes weekday coverage for client-facing work, and forms the foundation of the Lisbon hub. Your Responsibilities Onboarding. Within 3 months, fully ramped on Thorit's HubSpot CMS workflow, taking Jira tickets and delivering reviewed PRs independently. First Live Module. Within 3 months, ship at least one custom module or feature to a live client HubSpot environment (reviewed, tested, deployed). Ticket Throughput. Deliver 40+ merged tickets across custom modules, HubL templates, and small serverless functions on live client projects within 12 months. Quality. Keep bug-reopen rate below 5% on own deliverables, tracked in Jira. Reusable Components. Contribute at least 3 reusable components to Thorit's internal HubSpot CMS module library within 9 months. Pairing. Pair reliably with senior engineers; participate in code reviews at a level that improves your own output month over month. Async Collaboration. Handle first-line async communication with Managed Services PMs in English without requiring escalation. What We Offer Competitive compensation with a transparent salary band and a structured bonus model tied to delivery outcomes and client satisfaction. Private health insurance plus Portuguese social security contributions. Meal allowance per working day, paid via local meal card. Urban Sports Club access across 8,000+ locations in Europe. Blinkist Business (4,500+ book summaries) and Babbel (3 months) for continuous learning. Remote Work Program, up to 4 weeks per year from anywhere in the EU, with €500 setup allowance. Local Lisbon office access for hybrid working, plus tight coordination with the DACH team. Modern stack: HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Claude AI, and the freedom to shape how you work. Direct leadership access, flat hierarchies, and visible impact on the company. How to Apply Send your application through our careers page. No cover letter needed. What we want to see: your CV plus a concrete example of a HubSpot CMS module or feature you shipped end-to-end. Your Profile Demonstrable working knowledge of HubSpot CMS and HubL from training projects, bootcamps, or a junior role. You have built at least one HubSpot CMS theme or custom module, even if small. JavaScript fundamentals: clean, working JavaScript with ES6+, async/await, DOM manipulation. You can read and modify existing React components. Solid HTML and CSS: semantic HTML, responsive layouts, Flexbox and Grid, CSS specificity, cross-browser behaviour. Version control in a team context: branching, PRs, resolving merge conflicts, peer code review experience. Attention to detail at the pixel level. You catch your own mistakes before pushing. Business-fluent English (B2+): you write clear async updates and hold a working-level conversation in code reviews. Native speaker not required. Lisbon-based with availability for 2 days per week at the Lisbon office. What Makes You Excel You learn quickly from docs, tutorials, and paired work. You can point to something you learned in the last 6 months on your own initiative. You flag blockers early instead of staying stuck. You close your own loops: if you break something, you tell someone and fix it. You respond constructively to 12 review comments instead of defensively. You take ownership of your tickets end-to-end, including QA and post-deploy verification, not just "first commit and done". You see this role as a real start in HubSpot CMS engineering, not as a placeholder until you find something else.
