Frontend Developer Intern

About the Role

We’re hiring a Frontend Developer Intern to join Datawise, a fast-growing AI-powered data intelligence platform. This is a remote, full-time internship (3 months) in India with the potential for a long-term opportunity. You’ll work directly with the founding team on building user-facing features and interfaces that power modern data workflows.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience with React and TypeScript.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with API integrations and using tools like Postman to test endpoints.

• Understanding of RESTful services and how to consume them in the frontend.

• Experience working with version control systems, especially Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn fast.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior project or internship experience with frontend frameworks like React.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack or Vite.

• Exposure to testing frameworks or basic debugging tools.

• Interest in working at early-stage startups or building products from scratch.

Interview Process

• Initial screening (30–45 min)

• Additional technical screening (if needed)

• 1‑week work trial
