About WebPros

WebPros is committed to empowering businesses worldwide through cutting-edge solutions in web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown into a global leader with brands such as cPanel & WHM, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM, XOVI, SocialBee, Sitejet and Comet Backup.

Technology Stack

  • Frontend: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript (strict mode), Tailwind CSS v4
  • State and data layer: Zustand, React Query, Zod
  • AI integration: Vercel AI SDK 6, Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI API, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Backend and infrastructure context: Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Traefik
  • Architecture: BFF with Next.js server actions, microservices, event-driven flows

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver new frontend features with a strong focus on quality, usability, and maintainability.
  • Work on AI-related user flows, including streaming responses and real-time feedback experiences.
  • Collaborate across teams to shape solutions that fit the product architecture and support smooth integration.
  • Break down features into clear implementation steps, lead or contribute to kickoff discussions, and align with business and engineering expectations.
  • Write unit and end-to-end tests for delivered functionality; E2E quality is a standard part of engineering work in the team.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful feedback that improves both code quality and team consistency.
  • Take ownership of implementation decisions, identify risks early, and communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Occasionally contribute to light backend-related tasks where needed.

Your Qualifications

Must-have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production environments.
  • Strong and confident TypeScript knowledge, including deep understanding of typing, architecture decisions, and maintainable code design.
  • Experience building modern frontend applications with clear component structure, solid state management, and API integration.
  • Practical experience with testing, including unit tests and E2E tests in tools such as Playwright.
  • Ability to work independently on features: understand the problem, decompose the work, propose an approach, and drive execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and readiness to work in a cross-team environment with frequent communication.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher for day-to-day communication in an international company.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI features, LLM integrations, streaming UIs, or agent-like product experiences.
  • Familiarity with backend development in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Exposure to microservices environments or event-driven systems.
  • Experience working in fast-growing products where requirements evolve quickly.

How We Work

  • Team & workflow: fast-moving product team with a strong delivery mindset.
  • Schedule: flexible full-time schedule; the team usually works roughly from 10:00 to 19:00, with agreed core availability.
  • Timezone: UTC+2.
  • Collaboration & ownership: engineers are expected to be autonomous, proactive, and transparent in communication.
  • Code review: detailed cross-review is a real part of the process, not a checkbox.
  • Design collaboration: we work with designers, although some features may start with engineering-driven discovery and evolve later.

Additional Context

  • The frontend team currently includes 3 senior frontend engineers.
  • This opening is for an individual contributor who will join an established, high-expectation team.
  • Most of the work is frontend-focused; backend contribution is occasional and limited.
