We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join an innovative technology company developing cutting-edge, AI-powered cloud communication tools. Having already supported over 250 million voice calls, our client is transforming how businesses communicate.

In this role, you will work closely with designers and product managers to define requirements and build scalable, accessible user interfaces. You will solve technical challenges unique to real-time communication systems, drive front-end quality, and directly impact the user experience for thousands of business users.

What You'll Do

• Lead the front-end development, feature expansion, and continuous maintenance of web applications for an AI-driven cloud communications platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers from initial requirements definition to implementation.
• Leverage and enhance the internal design system to improve overall usability and accessibility.
• Participate in operational responsibilities including system monitoring, incident response, and performance troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of front-end architecture, code quality, and system stability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in software development using TypeScript.
• Solid experience developing web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Business/Fluent-level proficiency in Japanese (N1 equivalent preferred).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building applications that utilize real-time communication technologies (WebRTC, SIP, or WebSockets).
• Hands-on experience developing web applications using GraphQL.
• Strong background in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and testing high-availability services.
• Experience contributing to architectural and technical decision-making for complex systems.
