You will be responsible for developing high-performance user interfaces, maintaining the core product, and ensuring our systems are perfectly configured for a diverse range of clinical environments. This role is ideal for an engineer who is not only a skilled UI developer but also possesses an analytical mind for complex data structures and a meticulous approach to technical implementation. What You'll Do Feature Development: Build and maintain responsive, high-fidelity web applications using React and TypeScript. Complex Data Implementation: Design and implement the technical logic and schemas that power our core platform. You will translate multifaceted domain requirements into structured, scalable technical configurations. Platform Reliability: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and support issues to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Account Optimization: Take ownership of the technical setup for new accounts, ensuring that the platform's logic and data structures align perfectly with user-specific requirements. Internal Tooling: Help develop internal workflows and tools that allow us to scale our platform's capabilities across different clinical settings. Performance & Monitoring: Work with the engineering team to monitor platform health and implement frontend optimizations to improve speed and reliability. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend frameworks (React preferred). Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript. Experience managing complex application state and data flows. Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.) and responsive design. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. Bonus Points LLM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering to refine and validate structured AI outputs. Large-Scale Systems: Experience contributing to and navigating large, distributed frontend architectures. Performance Optimization: Proven ability to improve speed and efficiency in data-intensive applications.
