■Your Role

As a Frontend Engineer, you will construct user interfaces for mobile applications and websites utilizing modern technologies such as Next.js (React), Nuxt.js (Vue), and Flutter. In launching new business initiatives, the engineer will collaborate closely with clients, handling everything from system architecture design to implementation to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational process establishment. The company is seeking an individual who can lead projects hands-on while actively contributing to team management and mentoring junior engineers.

【Responsibilities】

The engineer will directly contribute to developing and enhancing high-MAU mobile applications for prominent Japanese enterprises. Additionally, the role involves building secure, highly available websites and web services using Jamstack architecture to withstand massive traffic spikes, such as those triggered by nationwide TV broadcasts. The scope extends beyond software development, focusing heavily on maximizing end-user value, driving customer acquisition, and elevating client brand power.
