業務内容

• 海外販売会社向けSAP S/4HANAの運用保守・改善
• グローバル展開・標準化の支援
• 海外拠点との英語での調整・コミュニケーション
• Fioriアプリ／Launchpadの調査・改善・開発
• S/4HANA／Fiori／APIに関する権限管理
• BTP・AI・MDM等の新技術の導入検証
• 要件定義支援
• 基本設計・詳細設計

必須スキル・経験

• Fioriでの開発・改善実務経験
• SAP権限（ロール・プロファイル）の設計・開発・運用経験
• BTP等の新技術に関する実務経験または興味・知見
• 日英でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（海外拠点との調整・交渉経験）

• → (上記のうち、Fiori＋英語での対応経験を最優先)
• (外国籍の方の場合、現在日本に居住していて有効な就労許可証を所持している方)

歓迎スキル・経験

• SAP（S/4HANA、ECC6.0、R/3等）に関する実務経験（モジュール不問）
• 長期的・主体的に学習しナレッジを蓄積・成長する意欲のある方

We are looking for an SAP Developer and/or Bilingual SAP Project Support professional for an international project in a global environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across teams and contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of SAP solutions.

The position offers a long-term project within a remote working environment.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Operation, maintenance, and improvement of SAP S/4HANA for overseas sales companies
• Support for global rollout and standardization
• Coordination and communication in English with overseas offices
• Investigation, improvement, and development of Fiori applications / Launchpad
• Authorization management related to S/4HANA / Fiori / APIs
• Evaluation and implementation of new technologies such as BTP, AI, and MDM
• Support for requirements definition
• Basic and detailed design

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in Fiori development and improvement
• Experience in the design, development, and operation of SAP authorizations (roles and profiles)
• Practical experience with, or knowledge of and interest in, new technologies such as BTP
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (including experience coordinating and negotiating with overseas offices)

• →(Among the above, experience with Fiori and working in English will be given the highest priority.)
• (For non-Japanese nationals: Must currently reside in Japan and hold a valid work permit.)

Preferred Skill & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, R/3, etc.), regardless of module
• Willingness to proactively learn, build knowledge, and grow over the long term
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with others to ensure smooth project execution

General Information

• Starting Date: October 2026
• Project duration: Long-term (rolling contract)
• Work Style: Fully remote possible (occasional attendance in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture for key project milestones)
• Work Location: Remote / Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture
• Yearly Salary: Determined based on skills and experience
