About the Job We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of frontend applications using the latest technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to the team on solving complex challenges and designing robust architectures. You will actively engage in code reviews, automated testing, and code quality improvements, fostering a high standard of code across the team. You will also promote and introduce new processes and development methods, building a sustainable and scalable foundation for long-term maintainability. As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other development teams to propose and drive feature implementations aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to elevating the technical maturity of the team through knowledge sharing, setting best practices, and promoting skill development.
