Frontend Lead

Sperax is seeking an experienced and talented Frontend Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Key Responsibilities Lead the frontend development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement and improve features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. Mentor and guide junior front-end developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and performance of the final product. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with blockchain or DeFi projects. Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap). Understanding of backend technologies and how the front end interacts with them. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
