About the Role

Mission

We are looking for a Frontend Operations to act as the first line of our frontend team. Your main role will be screening incoming requests and issues, triaging and prioritizing them.

You’ll execute operational procedures such as deploying QA and production environments for our Nuxt 4 and Vue 3 applications, and you’ll own our fast lane development queue, delivering small, high-priority changes quickly and safely across our international markets.

You’ll work closely with frontend, backend and DevOps teams to keep our sites fast, reliable and easy to ship.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Screen, triage and prioritize incoming requests and issues.

• Resolve issues directly or route them to the right team.

• Execute deployment procedures to QA and Production.

• Own the fast lane development queue, delivering small, high-priority changes quickly and safely.

• Perform first-level troubleshooting on Linux servers.

• Handle changes and fixes on our apps using Nuxt, Laravel and WordPress.

• Document procedures, recurring issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in frontend development, support engineering or a frontend/ops hybrid role.

• Solid experience with Nuxt 4 and Vue 3.

• Working knowledge of Laravel (PHP).

• Comfortable working on Linux servers from the terminal.

• Experience maintaining WordPress sites.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD deployment workflows.

• Proven ability to triage and prioritize multiple requests under time pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Jira in a ticket-driven workflow (SLAs, queues, issue lifecycle).

• Familiarity with VPN setup and secure access to internal environments.

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.

• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.

Key Skills

• Ownership mindset across both code and infrastructure.

• Methodical troubleshooter, calm under production incidents.

• Good communicator with strong documentation habits.

Schedule

• Full-time.

• Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day).

• 100% Remote. We have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too.
