ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position Server for Four Seasons Yachts! Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas. The Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences onboard a luxury yacht, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor. This position is dedicated to providing attentive and personalized service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Servers will create memorable moments for guests while working collaboratively with all front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service across all dining venues. In this role, the Server is responsible for taking orders, delivering and serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. They will actively engage with guests, providing recommendations and addressing any needs or concerns promptly. A commitment to excellence and teamwork is essential, as Servers will work closely with the Food and Beverage Supervisor and other team members to maintain high service standards across all dining areas, including crew dining, in-suite dining, and special events. A basic knowledge of beverages is required for this role: alcoholic and non-alcoholic. What does the company offer? Contract length 4-6 months with following 2 months of vacation RESPONSIBILITIES Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, anticipating their needs and preferences in a luxury environment. Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences and foster lasting relationships, utilizing knowledge of guest preferences and special occasions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Ensure food and beverage products are promptly picked up from the galleys and pantries and delivered to guests to ensure quality and integrity of product. Familiarity with luxury yacht operations, including understanding the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth individuals. Ability to navigate onboard etiquette and protocols, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times. Knowledge of yacht amenities and activities to enhance guest engagement and provide tailored recommendations. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team, following guidance from the Food and Beverage Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu items, specials, and service expectations. ETC. REQUIREMENTS: Cruise ship experience mandatory 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Hospitality or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in a server role, preferably in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or yacht settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with food and beverage service techniques is preferred; knowledge of wine and cocktail offerings is a plus Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must. Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
