About the Role
The Global Commercial Finance Leader will lead Commercial Finance for Original Composites & Fiberglass, serving as a key partner to regional Commercial leaders, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. This leader will strengthen reporting, forecasting, performance visibility, and decision support across volume, revenue, margin, pricing, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings the financial discipline, business partnership, and change leadership needed to create structure in a global business environment and enable data-driven decisions as the company continues to evolve within the Praana Group portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Commercial Finance support for the global Commercial organization, partnering with regional Sales and Commercial leaders to strengthen business performance.
  • Own recurring reporting, forecasting, and performance management processes across volume, revenue, margin, profitability, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build scalable finance processes, reporting routines, operating rhythms, and management systems that support business transformation and SAP deployment.
  • Translate financial results, market dynamics, and regional business drivers into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, forecasts, and business decisions.
  • Improve Commercial decision-making through stronger performance visibility, pricing discipline, margin analysis, and consistent business reviews.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Commercial Finance team by setting clear expectations, decision rights, operating cadence, and accountability for execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive Finance experience, including Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or related roles in a global manufacturing, industrial, or materials-based business.
  • Experience leading reporting, forecasting, planning, or performance management processes that inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect financial data, business drivers, and market dynamics into practical recommendations.
  • Proven ability to partner across functions, influence stakeholders, align priorities, and drive improved business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-region environment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
  • Experience building or improving finance processes, reporting routines, management systems, or operating cadences.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience supporting commercial excellence, pricing, sales effectiveness, revenue management, or commercial enablement.
  • Experience with finance transformation, ERP implementation, reporting redesign, process standardization, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing finance professionals.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, materials science, or composites environments.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, advanced analytics, or business intelligence tools that improve finance processes, insights, or decision-making.
