Show job description
Our team is part of Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering reinvention service in EMEA, bringing together diverse professionals who help leading organizations solve complex business challenges and transform the way they operate.

We are looking for Consulting Analysts to join our Fulfillment team.

This is an opportunity to start your career in consulting working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, technology and AI, helping leading international companies rethink and transform their supply chains from strategy to execution.

Our team works across industries and geographies, supporting clients and collaborating with Accenture teams across Europe and other regions. You will be exposed to a broad range of business challenges and international environments from an early stage.

You will work on projects ranging from strategic assessments and operating model design to technology transformation and AI-enabled solutions. No two projects are the same, and from an early stage you will be exposed to complex business problems, senior stakeholders and international transformation programs.

What you will do

  • Analyze complex business and operational challenges, assessing processes, organization, technology and data to identify improvement opportunities and quantify their potential value.
  • Define supply chain and fulfillment strategies and operating models across Fulfillment, Transportation and Global Trade.
  • Shape transformation roadmaps and business cases, translating strategic objectives into clear initiatives and actionable recommendations.
  • Explore how AI, GenAI and automation can transform supply chain operations, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities and working alongside Accenture Data & AI and development teams to turn them into real solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy through design to implementation and value realization.
  • Work closely with clients through analyses, interviews and workshops, helping develop clear recommendations and compelling materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects involving areas such as technology strategy, network optimization, sourcing and operational transformation, depending on the client challenge.

  • What we are looking for

We are looking for high-potential graduates who are curious, analytical and eager to solve complex business problems. Previous Supply Chain experience is welcome, but not required.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or another analytical or quantitative discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and turn analysis into clear conclusions.
  • Curiosity about how business, operations, technology and AI come together to transform organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas in a clear, structured and compelling way.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in international, multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ownership, initiative and eagerness to learn, with the ambition to take responsibility from an early stage.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous internships or exposure to consulting, strategy, operations, technology, data or Supply Chain are considered a plus, but are not required.

  • What we offer

  • The opportunity to start your career in consulting at Accenture, working on high-impact business and transformation challenges for leading international companies.
  • Exposure to the full transformation journey, from strategy and business case development to implementation and value realization.
  • The opportunity to work on innovative applications of AI and GenAI to real business and operational challenges.
  • A truly international environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different industries, geographies and regions.
  • Continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, formal training and access to Accenture's global network of experts and capabilities.
  • A clear career path with increasing responsibility, client exposure and opportunities to develop your own areas of expertise.
  • A collaborative and growing team where you can contribute from day one and have visible impact.

  • Our projects are delivered through a hybrid working model, combining remote work, Accenture offices and time at client locations. Depending on the project, travel within Europe and occasionally to other locations may be required.

Candidates should be based in, or willing to be based in, Barcelona or Madrid.
